Hello to everybody,
I have a question: does anybody know the difference in using poly-L-Lysine insetad of poly -D-Lysine as adesion molecule in neuronal cell colture?Huh
Usually I split a layer of poly -D-Lysine on yhe glass surface before seedin the cells
