Hi All!

I just wondered if there is anyone who is using chromaffin cells for whole-cell voltage clamp or current clamp. I just started my PhD and as a starting point Im using chromaffin cells, so that would be nice to discuss with ppl having some experience on it Wink

hahaha)) i can help you with chemical transmission in chromaffin cells, but not in clamp  Wink
