Educational Background: I am currently a medical student and medical neuroscience graduate student at Charite Berlin. From 2008-2010, I was research scholar at Yale, where I worked on neuronal Ca-signaling.
Research Interests: neuronal plasticity and regeneration
Methods: A bit of everything so far. I would love to learn in-vivo imaging techniques and apply these to study the diseased nervous system.
About me: I believe in the reductionistic approach in science and hope this notion will somehow guide me to a more holistic understanding of the perplexing yet elegant nature of the brain.
