Is it possible for a human to develop a pretty lot skills by a single individual?

for example, if i want to be a very proficient programmer, an enthusiast of physical science like physics and biology, a polyglot, a skilled mathematician and someone who have a good social skill to mix with people easily, than will these things be achievable by practice and perseverance or not? is there any limitation of human brain that restricts people to achieve such abilities at a time?

It will be good, if somebody give some neuroscientifically explained answers.
