Opinions about Iowa gambling task

I read a lot about Iowa gambling task, and still have ambiguities about it. Some says it is good, some says not. Many experts used it for decision-making testing. I ask kindly anybody who is competent  to speaks about it, to tell me his opinion. I want to use Iowa gambling task in my future research about decision-making in some people, and i need that information.
