will resonating brain chemicals help in fighting brain diseases

hi all,
    When we resonate a virus to its resonant freuency, the virus gets shattered and dies. This is mentioned in http://www.livescience.com/7472-kill-viruses-shake-death.html . In similar lines, I would like to know what if we resonate the brain chemicals or neurons to its own resonant frequency. Will the activity of the neurons get increased?  On tuning to resonant frequency, defintely not to the level of shattering, but to a certain level, Can anyone tell if the brain disease like depression gets decreased when we resonate them. i dont have any labs to try out. Im asking this scientific community if it would benifit us.
