I was diagnosed with ADD*(not hyper) and was prescribed Ritalin.  It seems to work very well but i am curious if this is the best treatment option i have.  I also take Fish Oil/Magnesium/Zinc/B-complex supplements.

I am looking for some tips/links to useful research/drug recommendation etc.
